The following is freeware.
With every piece of art we create, comes a proof.
Proofs are usually faxed to the customer but sometimes that is not precise enough. That is where e-mail comes in.
The first program is Acrobat Reader. It allows you to view pdfs (Portable Document Format). Pdfs are exact copies of the layout that can be viewed and printed from Acrobat Reader regardless of platform.

We don't own the art, you do.
If you ever need a copy of art, (e.g. your logo) for something we will gladly send you a copy. Mainly this is done by e-mail, and file sizes can be large. To cut down on download time we compress the art in a StuffIt file. To open them you need StuffIt Expander.

QuarkXPress Templates
The follwing are Quark 3.3 templates (saved on a mac) for laying out art work for us.
Business Cards - 8upbusinesscards.QXT
Our cards are run 8 up on a 8.5" x 11" sheet. Gutters and cropmarks are included.
Envelopes #10 (9.5 x 4.125) - #10envelopes.QXT
Envelopes #11 (10.375 x 4.5) - #11envelopes.QXT
#10 Envelopes are the most common of the sizes. Gutters included. Ask for the position of any windows.
